Why Adekoya & Co

Preparation is the whole argument.

Most disputes are decided long before anyone stands up to speak. We build the record early, tell you the honest odds, and only fight the fights worth fighting.

Partner-led teams

The lawyer you meet is the lawyer who argues your case.

Plain-language advice

You will always know your options, your odds, and your next step.

Fixed-fee options

Predictable pricing for transactions and routine matters.

Trial-ready from day one

Every file is built as if a judge will see it — because one will.

“Adekoya & Co shepherded our acquisition through four months of diligence without a single surprise at closing. Their corporate team thinks like operators, not just lawyers.”
Rebecca Lindqvist CEO, Northline Logistics
“Dr. Patrick took a case two other firms called unwinnable and turned it into a defense verdict — and knew our plant floor better than our own supervisors by the time of trial.”
Thomas Gregory Founder, Gregory Fabrication
“Divorce is the hardest thing I have ever been through. Miss Ogiri was the one person in the room who was always two steps ahead and still had time to explain things twice.”
Amina Patel Private Client
“Dr. Aare cleared a zoning obstacle that had stalled our project for a year. The board approved unanimously — the first time that has ever happened on that parcel.”
David Chen VP Development, Arcline Partners

Prof C.O. Adekoya

Managing Partner

Corporate & Business Law

Prof. Adekoya has spent three decades counseling founders, boards, and family enterprises through their most consequential decisions. He co-founded the firm in 1985 after practicing corporate law in New York, and still relishes the moment a complex negotiation finally clicks into place. Clients value his habit of asking the uncomfortable question early — while it is still cheap to answer.

Dr F.F. Aare

Partner, Real Estate

Real Estate & Land Use

Dr. Aare has guided more than $2 billion in real estate transactions, from single-tenant acquisitions to ground-up mixed-use developments, and is equally comfortable redlining a long lease as standing before a zoning board. Developers describe Dr. Aare as 'the lawyer who finds the answer before we finish asking the question.'

Dr A. Aladekomo

Partner, Employment

Employment Law

Dr. Aladekomo advises employers on the front end — policies, investigations, and executive negotiations — and litigates on the back end when those efforts fall short. Defending wage-and-hour class actions and discrimination appeals makes the preventive advice unusually concrete, and Dr. Aladekomo regularly trains leadership teams on documentation that actually holds up.
